The MPT counts for 20%, the essays count 30%, and the MBE counts for 50%.

May be transferred from concurrent exam only.

Practicing attorneys in another jurisdiction may be admitted provisionally if for 1 year if they practiced law 5 of 7 years immediately preceding the  application and intend to practice predominately in Indiana.  After fifth consecutive 1 year renewal, admission becomes permanent.
